Our four phases of Development :-
Discovery - Define project requirements and ensure
the project is aligned with the client's overall strategy. Project goals
and objectives, information architecture requirements, technical infrastructure
environments, application and functional requirements and success measures
are defined.
Design - The informational, creative and technical
elements of the solution are designed in detail. Complete the organization
and structure of content, finalize the look and feel, establish technical
delivery of the solution, perform usability testing and develop a prototype
as appropriate.
Production - Integration testing is planned and completed.
Graphics are created, copy is written, application code is created,
text plan is documented and all components are integrated.
Deployment - Before the interactive solution is launched,
it's moved to production servers and prepared for launch. Next, user
acceptance testing is conducted. Finally, the solution is taken live
and begins creating new avenues of relationship with the client's customers.
These development processes incorporate a system of checks and balances to ensure quality and manage expectations along the way. The cycle is iterative, which requires constant communication and collaboration between us and our clients.
